Jay has over 20 years of hardware and software support, helpdesk, and technical support. He has worked with companies such as Autodesk, Amy's Kitchen, & software companies that service legal and medical professionals.
With a Bachelors degree in Business Communication from University of California, Davis, Jay has created and presented highly lauded training programs for inexperienced everyday computer users regarding standard Internet, Word, and general Windows usage.
